This Privacy Policy explains how Fix Your Month ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data of visitors and customers in compliance with the EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) and the Italian Data Protection Code.

2. Data we collect
- Identification data: name, email address, billing country.
- Payment data: processed directly by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, referral URL, interactions with the site.
- Marketing data: only when you give explicit consent.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Order fulfillment and customer support — performance of contract (Art. 6.1.b).
- Tax and accounting compliance — legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c).
- Site security and fraud prevention — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
- Marketing emails — consent (Art. 6.1.a), revocable at any time.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with processors strictly necessary to operate the service: Stripe (payments), our email provider, Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), and analytics tools. No data is sold to third parties.
5. International transfers
Some processors are located outside the EEA. Transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Retention
We retain order data for 10 years (tax requirements) and marketing data until consent is withdrawn.

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by emailing support@calmfi.org. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante (www.garanteprivacy.it).
