Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the use of the Fix Your Month website and the purchase of our digital products. By placing an order, you accept these Terms.

1. Provider

2. Products

We sell digital products (PDF guides, Google Sheets, checklists). Delivery is electronic and immediate after successful payment, via download link and email.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes when required. Payments are processed by Stripe. The order is confirmed only when payment is successful.

4. License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for individual purposes. You may not resell, redistribute or share the materials publicly.

5. Right of withdrawal

For digital content delivered immediately, the EU right of withdrawal does not apply once download has started, in line with art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. We voluntarily offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee — see the Refund Policy.

6. Liability

Our materials are educational and do not constitute personalised financial, legal, or tax advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the materials.

7. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, design and code are owned by Fix Your Month or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The exclusive court of jurisdiction is the consumer's place of residence within the EU; outside the EU, the court of Milan, Italy.
